UK POSTAGE

Standard 3-5 working day delivery (from when order is dispatched) - 2nd class 

All of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail are standard postage os £2.95 for a standard second class service.

FREE UK Delivery when orders are £30 or more UK MAINLAND INCLUDING ISLE OF MAN & CHANNEL ISLANDS. This will go out on the Standard delivery

 

IRELAND POSTAGE

Standard 3-5 working day delivery (from when order is dispatched) - 2nd class 

All of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail are standard postage is £5.99 for a standard second class service.

 

Any orders over 10kg of weight will need to be sent via a courier but we will be in touch to update you on this, if this is the case.

Once orders are shipped via Royal Mail you will receive a confirmation email, we do advise to check your junk mail in case the email goes there.

As we use a tracked service, Cotton & Stitch is not responsible for your parcel going missing in transit. If you have not received your parcel then please contact us 7 days after you have received your dispatch email.

 

EUROPEAN & WORLDWIDE POSTAGE 

Sadly we are unable to continue with shipping to Europe or internationally due to the expense and delays dues to Brexit. We have not taken this decision lightly, but to avoid frustration, long delivery periods, taxes & duties and missing parcels we have removed these services. Apologies for the inconveince. 

RETURNS

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return it to us. However any items received back after this time will not be accepted for a refund.  The items needs to be unused, marked or cut, and in perfect condition, for a full refund. If they are not returned in the same condition as they were sent out, then refund will not be processed. 

Cotton & Stitch is not responsible for return costs and is the responsibility of the customer. 

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  • If you do wish to return an item can you please email us beforehand with your order details and reason for returning. Email us via: [email protected]
  • Send back in the original packaging securely with your order details and reason for returning inside the package
  • Return using a recorded delivery service so you have a proof of postage
  • Email us via [email protected] for our RETURN ADDRESS. 

Once we have received your item back we will refund you as quickly as possible and will be notified once this is completed. All refunds are returned to the original payment method used within 30 days. Refunds vary depending on your bank, but typically take 5 working days to show up in your account.
